MAKE A PAD INITIATIVE
For the past month our Living Hope ladies in Gulu have been part of an initiative headed by Dr. Moses Mugaazi to cut down the number of schoolgirl dropouts by providing affordable sanitary pads, called Makapads. These are made mainly of papyrus reeds and almost entirely of local materials. (…)
