A : Yes, we encourage you to write to your sponsored child or mother.

Q : How often may I correspond with the individual I sponsor?

A : We suggest once or twice per year especially in time for their birthday or Christmas.

Q : Will I receive a reply to the letters I send my sponsored individual?

A : Yes, reply will be sent in form of an email attachment. Please allow at least four months before inquiring from the sponsorship coordinator regarding a reply that you anticipate. The Ugandan postal system may create lengthy delays in the delivery of your correspondence.

Q : How will my sponsorship funds be used?

A : Each individual has multiple sponsors in order to provide the holistic care that is a significant component of the Watoto Vision. Your contribution is pooled with those of other sponsors. In this way the individual you sponsor benefits and all the members in the programme are also cared for. 90% of your sponsorship fund go directly to the Uganda office to be used for:

• Physical needs – Housing, food and clothing
• Education
• Medical care
• Discipleship
• Sociological needs
• Program administration (Uganda)

 
Q : How much is the Monthly Contribution of a sponsorship programme?

A : Only HK$270 per month, you can make a difference.
