Women and children in Uganda’s slums do not have sufficient food all year long, living in hunger and malnutrition every day. In fact, more than 9 million people in Uganda are food insecure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Christmas, join us at Watoto Neighbourhood by sharing a gift of love of HK$150<\/strong>, so that we can send a food package to a family in a slum in Uganda. Our target is to support 1200<\/strong> families<\/strong> in the slums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your generous support will enable a family in the slums to have a joyful Christmas by receiving food package of white rice, maize flour, beans and cooking oil.<\/p>\n\n\n

In Africa, the most marginalised and wounded people are women. They are left abandoned or widowed, many victims of sex trafficking and HIV+. Through Watoto Neighbourhood, we are committed to millions of women who bear the brunt of these horrific injustices. Their key needs include housing, healthcare support, employment and education for their children. As we embrace them by meeting their essential needs and empower them with to take care of their own families, together we are engaging community for positive transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
